Task

Creation of an innovative Internet 3.0 platform for segmenting customers and addressing them
by using innovative methods in the best possible manner. To achieve this, we developed a design, a visual structure, and content that enabled the worldwide Bayer Pharma Sales Community to interact like a social media community as well as to exchange innovative knowledge. The central modules are the CFEx Cockpit, providing users and stakeholders with guidance and orientation, the CFEx Knowledge Center for team-based knowledge transfer, and the CFEx Academy as best practice-based source of knowledge.
