Task

Develop a communication strategy for a hidden gem among the office buildings in the north Westend of Frankfurt am Main—the Upper Westend Carree (UWC). The property is characterized by its excellent location in one of the most attractive residential areas in Frankfurt and its proximity to the city’s financial district. One of the central tasks was to develop a communication strategy and market positioning that enabled the owner to successfully attract new tenants to the property. Among others, we developed the distinctive brand name and word mark “Upper Westend Carree”
